what to do this morning? : handmade blankets : pakistan
well i saw this photo on the blog or rapprocher, and i decided to go to my roof and make a tent like i did when i was five years old. i have to say the main objective was to show off the beautiful blankets that had just arrived from the mountains in pakistan. these blankets, originally made for sitting on the floor, are perfect for morning yoga, to sit and meditate for a while, wrap around you on the sofa, or put across the bed. all hand made, fair trade, and each one completely different, they are ethnic without being touristic. come take a look at the in openhouse, or at the online store. and yes.. it was fun being five again.
The blankets are beautiful. The fort, well, not so much. Ha!
