bless is a fashion/design studio created in 1997 by ines kaag, based in berlin, and desiree heiss, in paris. their idea of clothing is one to challenge the norm, the other is to re-use and modify. but when they put their powers into pieces for the home, this is when their minds explode. taking things of the everyday, things that are needed and usually ugly, to pieces of fun and beauty. a vacuum cleaner that looks like a chair, extension cords that are adorned with bangles or beads, walls that you can sit in or bedding that look like they already have people sleeping in your bed. you can find pieces here at openhouse, in barcelona. or at the online store. or come in and we can order in any pieces they make.
