early this year i was in friuli in the north east of italy (great wine) and i stopped by the beautiful little town of san daniele. this town is known for the best cured ham in italy. so me, on my own, sat in a bar with good bread, great olive oil, a plate of the best ham and couple (3 or 4, i don’t remember) glasses of prosecco. when you have perfect food like this, what more do you need? well recommended by openhouse
