my new wardrobe : furniture : openhouse collection with thomas keis

so with a new home, i need new furniture, and what a better way to start collaborations with local talents. i love plywood furniture, seen in cool houses, especially in japan. so why isn’t it easy to find to buy? so together with other designers, we will produce a range of simple handmande objects, furniture and modular pieces, whose dimensions can be changed according to your space, and built buy local craftsmen. the openhouse collection will be available to order, and the series will grow. this piece was design and built with thomas keis ,a young german furniture designer who lives outside of barcelona. between us we will develop the range. all photos : andrew trotter . girl in bed : unkown
